Gunstock Mountain Resort

   Gunstock Mountain Resort is in Gilford, New Hampshire offering 48 trails at 227 skiable acres open for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, cross country skiing, and winter camping. Average snowfall in the area is 120’ Gunstock’s snow making capabilities covers 90% of the trails. Night skiing is available with a total of 21 trails available which is the most in the state for night sessions. You will find the longest run to be Flintlock to Stonebar at 1.5 miles long. 6 lifts are operated here including a highspeed quad, 2 quads, 2 triple, and 1 carpet. Gunstock’s Mountain Coaster is available year-round with closures during bad weather. The Mountain Coaster is 4,100 feet long and an approximate 6-minute ride.

King Pine

   King Pine is in Madison, New Hampshire and offers 17 trails in total with 50 acres open to skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Outdoor covered ice skating and horse sleigh rides are available activities to check out as well. Night skiing is offered Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and you will have access to 8 trials and 2 triple lifts. Average snowfall in the area is 120’ with snowmaking coverage coming in at 100%. 6 lifts are operated at King Pine including 3 triple, 2 surface lifts, and 1 tubing tow. A total of 18 miles of snowshoeing trails are found around King Pine and Purity Spring near New Hampshire Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary.

Loon Mountain

   In Lincoln, New Hampshire you will find Loon Mountain which offers 61 trails that cover 370 acres open for snowboarding, skiing, cross country, and tubing. Average snowfall here is about 160’ with Loon Mountain’s snow coverage capabilities at 99%. Bear Claw is the longest trial on Loon Mountain at 2.5 miles long. 11 lifts are operated here including a 4-person gondola, 3 high speed quad, 1 quad, 1 triple, 2 double, and 1 carpet. They house the only Superpipe in New Hampshire at 425 feet long and 18-foot walls as well as year-round ziplining.
